Mother. Therapist. Priestess. Healer. Storyteller.
I’m Desiree—but in sacred spaces, I am known as Ifarinu Asaba Olu. I am a licensed social worker, an initiated priestess of Yemoja and Ifa, and the founder of Ifarinu’s Healing Space LLC. I walk with the wisdom of both Spirit and science, and I am honored to help others reclaim their truth, their peace, and their power.
I’m a mother to a brilliant son who teaches me every day what it means to live with purpose. I’m also neurodivergent, intuitive, and a lifelong student of the unseen—someone who feels everything deeply and has learned to turn that sensitivity into a superpower.
My healing journey began long before I had the language for it. It’s taken me through trauma, resistance, rebirth, and grace. I’ve sat with elders, spirits, and clients alike—and I know this for sure: we don’t heal in isolation; we heal together. I’m here to walk beside you, not in front of you.

My Philosophy
IIfarinus Healing Space was born out of my own healing journey and the deep desire to share that path with others. I have always been someone who wanted to help people solve their problems and find clarity. But through my own process, I learned one of the most profound truths: no one can heal you but you.
Guides, mentors, and support are important, but the steps of the journey are yours alone to take. My role is not to force you to drink from the well of healing—it’s to walk alongside you until you’re ready to drink deeply from the life you’ve created for yourself.
This is a space for growth, for self-discovery, and for compassion. It’s a space where you are free to make mistakes, knowing that mistakes are not failures—they are teachers. In fact, are they even mistakes once you’ve mastered the lesson?
